Natural Himalayan Salt Lamp

Himalayan Salt Lamps are made from natural crystal salt formed from ancient sea deposits in the Himalayan mountains. Each lamp is hand-carved and completely unique.

These lamps are believed to release negative ions, which may help improve the atmosphere of a space by neutralising pollutants and balancing the effects of electronic devices.

Please note:

Himalayan salt naturally absorbs moisture from the air (hygroscopic property). In humid environments the lamp may “sweat” or release small amounts of water, especially if switched off for long periods.

To remedy this:

• Place the lamp in strong sunlight for a few hours, or
• Wipe gently with a dry cloth.

If you will not use the lamp for extended periods (e.g. holidays), disconnect and remove the cable from the lamp.

In humid conditions, we recommend placing the lamp on a small tray or dish to catch any moisture.
