  • We reserve the right to approve cash-on-delivery orders for pick-up.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment can be made online via available methods. Cash on Delivery is available only for approved pick-up orders.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping within Cyprus is €3, with free shipping on orders over €60.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • For larger orders or bulk quantities, preparation time may take longer than usual.

  • We ship via Akis Express, with BoxNow occasionally used, excluding hot seasons due to product sensitivity.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of handcrafted aromatherapy products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

5. Product Use & Disclaimer

  • Our products are not a substitute for medical treatment.

  • We do not diagnose or treat diseases, and our formulations do not replace the advice of licensed healthcare professionals.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological condition.
