At Elichryson, each product is handcrafted to order to ensure maximum freshness and potency. We take care to prepare and package every order thoughtfully so it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

• All orders are made to order and usually take 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

• For larger orders or bulk quantities, preparation time may take longer than usual. This is because each item is individually crafted, blended, filled, and packaged with care rather than mass-produced.

  • Standard orders: typically processed within a few days
  • Larger or custom/bulk orders: may require additional preparation time 

• You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Times

• We ship via trusted courier services within Cyprus.

• Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• For any special delivery requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Packaging

• Products are carefully packaged using sustainable materials wherever possible.

• Each item is sealed and secured to preserve the integrity of the essential oils.

Shipping Fees & Methods

• Standard shipping is €3 within Cyprus.

• Orders are sent via Akis Express. Occasionally, BoxNow may be used, except during hot seasons due to the sensitivity of our products.

• Free shipping is available for orders over €60
