This natural blend of essential oils helps soothe bumps, bruises, and minor skin irritations. With analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, it helps reduce swelling, minimise bruising, and relieve discomfort after minor injuries.

When applied immediately after a bump, it can help prevent or reduce the appearance of bruising and swelling. The carefully selected oils, including arnica and helichrysum, are traditionally used to support healthy circulation under the skin and promote faster recovery while gently easing pain.

How to use:

Apply imnmnediately after a bump. For extra cooling relief, store in the refrigerator. For the first 48–72 hours, use cold compresses. After this period, warm compresses may be used.

• Adults (stronger)
